Disable Press and Hold for Accents in MacOS

Was having an issue when using Neovim integration with VSCode where I couldn’t hold hjkl to move cursor because it would bring up accent options.

Disable press and hold only for VSCode

defaults write com.microsoft.VSCode ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false

Re-enable press and hold for VSCode

defaults write com.microsoft.VSCode ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool true
